I was waiting to be called at Eye Health in Weymouth on Feb.9th at 11am. I observed a worker from Brewster Ambulance ,bring in an older woman in a wheelchair,with her husband following, Your employee named Joe Hall , was the nicest ,kindest ,and warmest guy ,I have ever seen in that field . I am sure you have other employees like this , but I thought I would let you know ,what I observed was outstanding service.
Very undependable, could care less about patience,don't follow directions from hospitals,you wait &wait&wait. Terrible company, better off taking an Uber
I can't say enough great things about Brewster ambulance. On 1/18 Mike and Jon transported my bedridden Mother to a skilled nursing facility. They were incredible. They provided competent, empathetic, wonderful care and safe transportation-they drove slowly knowing how painful the bumps in the road could be for my Mom. These guys played Frank Sinatra to cheer her up and made her laugh. Over and above! Thank you Jon and Mike and thank you to Brewster ambulance.
Brewster was amazing with a caring affectionate EMS crew. I was so impressed, I left Cataldo Ambulance and became part of the Brewster family. I’m very happy with my decision. When I was hurt, I received the best care.
It’s one thing for a typical person to cut into a funeral, but for Brewster Ambulance Service to do such a thing is just beyond unacceptable. Ambulance number 8, with no lights on, in Taunton, by the old mall and YMCA. Disgraceful and disrespectful to our family, to say the very least.
Outstanding crews all around! Brewster team has done outstanding care, gone far and beyond for stroke patients. Thank you for everything you do.
