This Ambulance Service is a great company I have dealt alot with the ambulance company and they do very good service and help you out in anyway they can. I needed some information and the person behind the computer was able to give me the information I needed for them right away. please make sure that you pull over for all EMTs and Emergency Vehicles At All Times.
One of the Medics on p23 was very rude to me. Insulting my appearance out of the blue and using vulgar language.
I am upset as I called 911 because my son had an anaphylactic reaction to pistachios and his airway closed. I gave him Benadryl and his epi pen. I am an ER nurse and knew not to drive him. It took 10 minutes for ambulance to arrive and then an EMT and Paramedic were on the truck. The paramedic could only function as a basic because that truck was running as a BLS truck that day. No oxygen, no IV...god thanks my son was stable and treated at the ER. Why would a basic truck answer a 911 call????
