the drivers have no class or consideration you've hired a new kid and his partner a disgusting human being who was proudly showing off photos he has took of people who have hurt themselves or gotten hurt and then laughing about it .... these people are at their worst and calling them for help and he is taking pictures?! awful! They should be fired!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being transported to the west Roxbury VA by Kevin and Greg. They were friendly and the conversation made my situation less stressful. Great job hiring the pair!
Without a doubt, the BEST private ambulance service I have ever dealt with! (Since I did my first ambulance call in 1966 and finally surrendered my medic ticket about a year ago, THAT is saying a lot!) While their patients come first, the management takes care of their employees and considers them “family members”!
Been doing this job for a decade, very refreshing to see a private company showing some real dedication and professionalism, taking steps forward in the industry, and refusing to apologize for being a success.
