Worst service ever! Left my mother in a door way of a medical appointment after Chemo for over 2 hours and never showed up after numerous calls telling me they were on the way. You all should be on the other end of your service to know exactly how someone feels that is sick and in need!
Two sons work for Brewster .i was a nurse aide ccu, in Brockton hospital. 35 years.I worked in sinia hospital visited nursing home, i fine your employees very polite smiling and pleasure to meet, never heard a bad thing about Brewster ambulance, god bless them all
Rode along with Brandon and Allie today into Tufts as they transported my mom to doctor appointments. I cannot say enough how wonderful they are! I sat up front with Brandon and we chatted the whole time. He played great music Queen on the trip into Boston. They were fantastic with my mom. Just two outstanding young people!!!
ETHAN WESTCOAT ZACK LOW 2 OF THE BEST EMTS EVER MET!! And I’ve had enough injuries n experience with ambulances!!! I’m at a nursing home in Attleboro n had the 2 BEST emts ever!! Believe me I’ve had many many rides in ambulances but this one was unbelievable!! I broke n crushed my leg in Ft Lauderdale n came back home with 2 plates n 27 screws n 30 staples on my tib & fib & ankle. They just left a patient at my office for 1.5 hours waiting for a ride. Good time I had oxygen for her since her tank was empty after this 3 hour outing for a 15 minute visit. Awful. I wish I could say it was the first time but I can't. They do it all the time.
