This is the worst doctors in the world.. Your better off going to the ER.. I am really sick and had to drive there to make an appointment bcuz there phones are screwed up and after waiting on hold for 5 min it connected with answering service.. Then when I arrived at my appointment, it was really loud in there and I didn't hear them call my number.. So when I looked at the screen and realized my number was missed went up to get checked in and they told me I was late. I'm very sick and need to be seen and I was clearly there ... read more
Everyone I came in contact with was great. Registration went the extra mile as well as Dr Griffin, Spent time explaining everything. Helped get me meds at little or some at no cost. Got help to pay for blood work. Very attentive.
My wife used go to the Titusville office for health care sometime she went in Feb. Of this year for a checkup and was told her co-pay would be $25.00 when it was time to check out they told her the bill was $150.00 WTF happen they told her with being a 1 person family that she had too much income witch include my SSI but not me due to my heart trouble they said my income would also count as her income but she could " NOT " add me so that made her a ONE person family now she not able to afford to go anywhere else for health c... read more
I do not know about the rest of the facilities, But the dental unit is Amazing, Dr.Williams spent more time with me than im sure she wanted and did it with a smile, she has done everything in her power to help me get to our goal even when problems came along out of our control she took the time to make sure things were right and done as fast as possible all the ladies in the dental are super nice, the woman at the front that always checks me in, F. Brown (not sure spelling of first name lol) always super nice..
All the MA'S are super nice. Dr. West is a great person. The girls up front are great
