I'm so glad to have found such a warm and welcoming place. Dr. Rader and staff are kind, caring, and genuine. They have qualities that are rarely seen in medical practices these days. 5 stars! BHA is big. People need to accept that. My son's therapist Morena A. has literally been his saving grace. She listens, she cares, she and Dr Cooper work side by side. The staff has been nothing but warm and friendly every single time we go there. Wait has NEVER been long and even if it was we wouldn't complain because it's a giant company lol that's normal for big places. I'm telling you guys, SilverPalm Behavioral Health has an A plus top notch team! Even the pharmacy is nice

Been calling for a week to make an appt at the woman’s center and no one answers. Haven’t gotten a live person once. I was on hold for 45 minutes and it said your estimated wait time is 11 minutes the entire time. And then I text them to book and they ignore me there too not sure how to get an appointment around here

Awful services!!!! No one ever answers the phones!!!! No call backs ! Even when you try to file a formal complaint the office manager Sabrina she never called back ! Never attempted to help the situation out! It’s a damn shame you can’t get decent customer service let alone someone to answer a phone call especially when you go inside all most of the employees are on their personal cell phones but yet can’t managed to answer an office call let alone actually do the job !
