Our Pediatrician Dr. Butler is awesome but the office staff specifically on the dental side is awful. If you can find a pediatric dentist elsewhere run far away from this place. Booked an appointment 2 months ahead of time and they wait till day of appt to let me know they no longer accept that insurance.

Don’t go to this practice not because of the doctors, but because of the incompetence of the office staff when it comes to scheduling and communicating with patients. They are THE WORST!!

Doctor refused to do an allergy test on my kid because “1 year olds don’t have allergies”. Look at all this pollen and tell my why my kid is all snotty AGAIN.
Doctors and NP's are wonderful. However, getting someone to answer the phone to make an appointment is a hassle. On hold, listening to the same song repeatedly for over 20 minutes now. Have left messages before, they don't get returned.
The women’s clinic is horrible

I like BHA on Sarno Road. Both of my little girls have a pediatrician and a dentist there. I am concerned that since it is recommended that a flu shot be given early this year that as of today, October 1, the vaccine is not available there for children. We need to prevent any illnesses that we can, rather than treat a condition that is preventable.
