Worst service EVER. They NEVER answer their phones. There are a few good people who work there but other than that it's absolutely horrible. Took me 2 days and 3 different trips and over 30+ phone calls just to get my sons prescription, which absolutely absurd.
RecommendedI do recommend this place there is some good people/doctors here, however there is some that you will have to end up doing there job for them, lack of communication. This has happened multiple times. Maybe a doctor finds this funny, I don’t. Please work on communication with your patients, and listen what they tell you.
Stop covering up, lying, and killing people.
Gave them a heads up about how I was gonna be late cause I missed my bus. They didn’t even say anything that I could come in at a later time. There customer service needs better service and workers. The lady gave me attitude.
the wait is long for the Dr to come in . some of the dr's have sent us for unnecessary things to be done. all around crappy place to take my children
They've helped me through my strokes. Very professional
you can never get an appointment when you need one
Husband and kids go here. They are great with helping assistance with my meds. Malabar location is great.
