Even though there was a slight issue with my insurance, since my family are long time patients, there was no problem with the appointment.
Excellent service
I have been going here for several years now and I have never had a bad experience. The wait is never more than 5 minutes when waiting to be called back from the waiting room. The hygienists are always professional and extremely friendly. Dr. Dieterlen is always so nice and informative if there is an issue. I really enjoy coming to this office.

Dr. D. has been my dentist since I was a teenager and he is very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend him! However, on my last visit, the dental hygienist continued to ask me questions despite having told her directly I was very sick and her acknowledging visible signs of it. She also asked me if it was okay for the DH shadowee to be in the room after the individual came in the room thus making me feel pressured to say yes. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when I came in the door. I was well informed on everything that was taking place and very comfortable in the offices. I would highly recommend Dr. Dieterlen and his staff to anyone looking for dental services.
