GREAT office staff. They really... GREAT office staff. They really couldn't be more helpful, courteous and pleasant to deal with. I feel like I should spend more time here regardless of my dental needs. So many professional offices these days have staff that are anything but professional - rude, unhelpful, and generally irratated when asked questions. Dr Jay's staff should give workshops on customer service and "going the extra mile".
Dr. Grossman and his staff provide some of the best care I have ever received from dental/medical professionals. I would trust Dr. Jay and his colleagues with my life.

Dr. Jay Grossman & Associates are the best dental group I've ever been to in my life. Not only the doctors, but everyone there is very adept and extremely professional at their work. I have always been neurotic when it comes to dentistry. Put it on bad childhood experiences or just being from New York. Dr. Jay has a way with ultra-sensitive ,slightly crazy patients like me. I have been his patient since he took over the practice more than 20 years ago and I can honestly say I would never go anywhere else. He is a perfectionist ( we want that from our dentist!) as well as kind, generous, sympathetic and honest. His support staff are all happy, so that tells a whole story right there. Dr. Weichman is interested in fixing my dental problems and does it with the goal of perfection. On my last visit he did the procedure that was scheduled, then offered to fix the lost filling as he had a concellation. This saved me a return trip and a week of having my tongue obsessively probe the cavity.
