Always a great experience
GREAT office staff. They really couldn't be more helpful, courteous and pleasant to deal with. I feel like I should spend more time here regardless of my dental needs. So many professional offices these days have staff that are anything but professional - rude, unhelpful, and generally irratated when asked questions. Dr Jay's staff should give workshops on customer service and "going the extra mile".
