I have been with dr jay for nearly 17 years now. My teeth are totally taken care of. His facility is state of the art, he is always showing me some new gadget to make my experience a little less painful and a little faster. The entire staff are the most friendly group of people I've ever encountered in a doctors office setting. Dr jay talks to you as if you are his only client of the day, making sure you get his full attention.

I had traumatic experiences with the previous dentists that i visited both in Indonesia where i grew up and in Los Angeles area. It was about close to 7 years since i had seen the dentist until Dr.Donald Salem (my son's ortho dentist who had an office above dr. jay's) personally walked me down to meet Dr. Jay, this was after the 3rd time he had asked me if i had visited Dr. Jay since he gave me the business card. I've been going to Dr. Jay for nearly 10 years and couldn't be happier to have finally found a dentist I will continue to go back to. The staff is super friendly and responsive, the place is immaculate with the highest tech available, and I know I'm getting the best possible work done on my teeth which ends up giving me the piece of mind I'd been searching for in other dentistries. With Dr. Jay I feel safe, taken care of, and cared for. I'm so relieved to have finally found MY dentist.
Dr Jay and his assistant take very good care of me including my comfort level . I appreciate the genuine focus and personal attention I recieve during my procedure. Big kudos for front desk ( Jenny) effort from the moment I step into the office . thank you Dr Jay and staff.
Dr. Grossman is the best dentist in Los Angeles. His staff is always friendly and makes you feel like you belong to a family. Dr. Grossman will fix a problem right away and not have you wait for weeks to take care of problem teeth. It took me years to find an excellent dentist and he is it.
Why do you not always use thyroid guard when doing xrays? I had to ask for it . Recent studies indicate higher rates of thyroid cancer therefore usage of the guard should. Be automAtic .
