My experience was excellent.
Going for treatment is the easiest thing. Of course I expect a practice to be proficient, and it's good to know they're up-to-the-minute technologically. But a big plus is the feeling I get there. There's no looming sense of dread, and every staff member explains clearly what to expect. They also work smoothly with each other and project such a friendly attitude. Kudos!

The entire professional and administrative staff performed perfectly at my last visit. I was seen at the time my appointment was scheduled. My cleaning was an enjoyable experience. My consultation with Dr. J went well as a follow up to my cleaning. My appointment request was made for the time I wanted for my next cleaning visit. My husband and I went to see Dr. Frankie to do a check up and cleaning. She was so amazing (actually the whole office is wonderful). They are trust worthy, honest and professional. I'm glad my husband and I found a great Dental Office we can go to all the time.
A trip to the dentist is always my least favorite necessity . Dr Jay Grossman and his incredible staff are in a league of their own. Caring, compassionate and most importantly the finest dentistry you'll ever experience. I would not hesitate to recommend their incredible services to all!
