Service Department, Sales team and Body Repair everything is stellar. Customer service is the prime driver to their success. Being honest with them and asking questions make the customer benefit tremendously because that's the way you are treated by the teams at BCJD. Ive used others form Houston and other major metro areas. None compare to quality and expertise like those at BCJD.
I have never had a better buying experience. They made the process so easy, and were wonderful to our kids. Crystal was amazing and got us in a beautiful Jeep. She made a 4 year old buddy for life too! I will come back here again, and send everyone your way!
I highly recommend them! We were on our way back home from the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo on Thursday and our truck starting acting up. No Dodge Dealership in the Houston area would even take a look at it but Brenham was grateful and understanding enough to atleast look at it and see if we would be able to continue home or if the truck needed to stay there.
