2010 Charger with 70,000 miles on it. Motor locked up, Dodge won't repair it because I didn't save oil change receipts.
Your service department really stinks! First of all you call to make an appointment and you guys say "oh we don't do appointments anymore it's first come first serve" and then you get here and your guy is rude saying "if we get to it we will!" I do believe I will take my business to Poteau or NWA if I inconvenience you guys this much! Thanks for nothing! We will never buy another car from y'all again!!!!!!
I have bought a car here and the experience was totally awesome.
They suck...car was in the shop 7 times in the first 23,000 miles and one time they scratched it up and had to fight to get them to fix it. Every time it was in the shop we got it back with grease prints on the interior and grease on the paint. Never do business with them!!!!!
