Went in and Tony helped me to get a new 2016 dodge journey crossroad when I got denied somewhere else!! Now with a new addition to our family coming soon it will be nice with the third row seat!! Thank you Tony!! And everyone else!!
So we got a flier for a sale event that had a peel-and-play ticket and if you got 3 in a row you win some money...no purchase necessary. Our ticket said we won $5k. Thinking it was to good to be true we read the fine print, which said no purchase necessary, go to the dealer to claim the prize. We got to the dealership, and the salesman pointed to a poster that had 3 numbers for only 3 prizes, and was like "Your number is not one of these 3." Nothing was said about this in the fine print. I have an 03 dodge caravan. That has had nothing but problems. I had work done there and the problems persisted. Randy Jackson the service manager personally helped me and resolved all of my issues. I have 5 kids 3 of them foster children. I desperately need that van. Randy called me personally and assured me everything was going to be fine and resolved my issues with the van. Service department so far has been very prompt on there oil changes. Not overly impressed with my sales woman from the Van Buren,AR store. But for the main dealership on HWY 71 in ft smith,ar,the sales manager was very good. Thank You BREEDEN Dodge. LOVE ARE 2015 DODGE DART.
