Daniel black is an Awesome salesman....but the management team is a complete disappointment. Everything was fine until i got undercut on my trade and started pricing cab/chassis at Everett. And then the "we will loose money. And we will beat there deals" started, well they did not and would not beat the deal I had, so the truck was bought at Everett. Awesome Service Dept. and Awesome Service Advisor (Shawn Thomas).
You need to school your service department on diplomacy and trying to ensure the customer is taken care of. Your service writer, Shawn, needs this especially since he like to brag on his experience, yet he doesn't have the tone of voice to back it up. I will buy my next vehicle somewhere else if that is the best and friendliest face you can present to a customer.

Paid them over 500.00 to fix oil leak. Been back 3 times is worse now then when I took in in to be reparid.
