They stand behind their word. Shawn is the Service Dept made good on getting my Colorado up and running again. While things didn't go as planned, they made sure that I was taking care of. The 2007 Pickup I purchased in 2/15 has been very dependable and the warranty I purchased with it came in handy. I can't thank them enough for making sure I had a way to get to work while the water pump was being replaced.

We bought our last vehicle from Breedon. We recently bought a Jeep Cherokee and a Jeep Patriot at the time from Breedon. A reflector fell off of the rear bumper of the Cherokee. The vehicle is still under bumper to bumper warranty. When we ask them to replace the reflector they said no because they saw a dimple on the bumper. What the hell is a dimple? Would I recommend this service center? Well, not sure about anyone else that works in the place, some seem a little high on their shoulders, but I always go to Daniel Black and he tries to get the job done no matter what. If he cannot answer the question he will actually get out of his chair and go find someone that knows the answer. Daniel will pull vehicles up to the front so you do not have to walk the lot, and if you don't like that one and want to look at another, he will go and get that one for you also. Cudos to this dealership! We are in South Carolina and my son is in Mississippi. We found a truck for him at Breeden, and they went out of their way to check over the truck well, and deal with us over the phone. They also treated my son extremely well when he went to pick up the truck, and made the experience go very smoothly. Appreciate the great service and attention to detail. :)
I had a great experience buying with Courtney. I appreciate the less pressured sales approach of such a large investment, and she displayed a good amount of patience through my process. The service center is punctual and pleasant with quality work so far.
David worked really hard to not only get us a car we can afford, but the car that we need for our family. We are truly blessed to have met him. I would highly recommend everyone to at least swing by and give them a chance. The process was smooth and painless!
