My husband spoke with Justin regarding a Jeep Grand Cherokee he saw on the Internet and he worked with us until we were completely satisfied with the deal. We went into the dealership and spoke with Nigel, the salesman, who was very professional and helpful in completing the sale. I would highly recommend Breeden and these two sales professionals. We are very satisfied with our experience.
They are racist heard one of them say have the black boy do it talking about another employee .... Terrible display of people there!!!! Business may be good but people there are not!!! I'm white by the way I was still offended!

Sales was great had to come back a month later for a light replacement. It took over five hours for them to call and tell me what I already knew and that if I wanted them to fix it (thought that's what I brought it in for) it would be another 1.5 hours for them to change one light bulb. It is now 3:40 pm and we had a 10:00am appt.
This is my second purchase with Breeden.. My sales man was Noah and he was awesome!!! He knew that I disliked my journey and I wanted something else! He worked his butt off to make sure I got something that I wanted!! Now on the other hand went to do my paperwork and the lady that I seen first well we will just say I almost left with my journey and took my business somewhere else. She was so rude and hateful.. My sales guy Nate was awesome!!! Everything was great until we talked with the finance guy Kevin who was rude and very unprofessional! He messed up on all our paper work 3 times. My husband bought a new truck at crane in northwest Arkansas 2 weeks after I bought my van and tagged his truck 3 weeks before me because of all the mess up with the paper work.
