We were greeted at the door. By our sales consultant who was both friendly and courteous . He was more than through. Explaining in detail how to work my new car 2017 Traverse I will definitely return there for my next car.
I went to change oil but the guy told me im due to flush the fluid out so i did ...i got hm and put the hood up in the car and he splashed the fluid all over the engine and else where so i contacted the manager within half hr and he didnt call me back uintil the next day noon. They left the old sticker for oil change and didnt bother to put the new one...it makes me think if the service was performed or not?!?!? I dont recommend this place to anyone. I had a great experience at Bredeman. I had leased my Equinox for 3 years and loved it. When my lease recently came to an end, I purchased my car and hope to keep it for a long time. Car buying can be a trying experience, however my salesman Joe Alessi made it a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to refer friends to him.
