They don’t care about customer satisfaction. Went in with a brake assist issue in 2016 on our Silverado and they said it was fine. Just went in again as it is getting worse and big surprise they found a problem with it now that it’s out of warranty. A problem that was there in 2016 when it was covered under warranty. So bogus! And truck was bought brand new in January 2015 (is a 2014). Called customer service and there is nothing they will do to even help with cost of repair. We had a very pleasant experience when purchasing our new 2017 Chevy Truck. Richard was wonderful and so very helpful. We had many questions and he was patient with all of them. Also, Tom, the Finance gentlemen, made everything so easy and smooth and answered all our many questions. Overall, we have had a very pleasant car buying visit. So far as I can tell, we would recommend this dealership.
I'm not quite sure why I needed to set an appointment for an oil change if its gonna take over an hour to do so. Meanwhile you have mechanics just sitting around taking with people up front for 20 minutes. Next time I'll just do my own oil. You only got two stars because it's a nice day out, and you had doughnuts in the waiting room...
