The sales person Richard is the best doesn’t push at all he’s kind and very helpful. He’s truly been wonderful to work with. Craig the financial person is also wonderful. He stayed late and helped me complete my sale. What great guys they are. Now for the service group well they need a lot of help. Alex is very helpful but one man can’t do it all. I think their service department needs to get some clues from Bredeman Toyota in how to deal with the customers coming for service. They weren’t rude. I just was not happy with it.
First night home after buying our car the engine light went on. The following Sunday was pulled over because my rear left turn signal was not working. Show officer I just bought car and he was very nice told me to get it fixed. Brought car back to be be service and fixed everything no charge. Thank you Bredemann and Alex in service. Andy

The service has always been very professional and courteous I'm very satisfied.
it should not take over 3 hours to make a cash purchase of a car.The sales manager and especially the business manager should be more respectful of the customer's value to the business they work for,and not act towards that customer in a condescending fashion.The car should be more thoroughly checked at predelivery so the shifter does not fall apart 10 minutes after the customer drives away.
I highly recommend Bredemann Chevrolet to buy a car. They really know their stuff. I am very pleased with my new ride.
