I just finished baking my first loaf with Breadtopia's organic bread flour -- just flour, water, yeast, and salt -- and oh my gosh, it turned out AMAZING!! I baked it in my big ceramic casserole at 450F for about 40 minutes, and the crust came out thin but crispy and brown, and the inside is fluffy and very tasty. Oh so GOOD. Thank you for making such a wonderful bread flour! Next time, I think I'm going to add some of the organic white Kamut flour you sent me.

Just received my first breadtopia order and it was wonderfully pack. Two of my basket liners were on backorder they wrote on the receipt. They will be sent out in the end of January but that's no big deal to me. One thing that I got to tell you I loved our time and was that when you do by 50 pounds of one of the wheats it came in to heavy duty plastic 20 pound bags and one 10 pound bag.
