Good company and service as long as you dont have problems with their name brand products. The clay ovens with the Breadtopia branding it feels are of mediocre quality. The lids chipped and when I spoke to the owner he was very defensive and said I need to handle them very carefully. The Emille Henry products I purchased and handle the same have never chipped. Quick delivery. Great price. Great company. They had the best price of any store online and the part arrived just three days later.
The US Postal service lost a shipment to me of a proofing basket and other small items. Kim sent me a replacement shipment on priority mail and it arrived a couple of days later. I was sooooo impressed. When the shipment did arrive more than two weeks late I offered to send it back and Kim is sending me a return label to ship it back at their expense. This is over the top customer service which is rare these days. They have a loyal customer here and I will be singing their praises often.
My order was filled very fast and the store responds quickly to messages. I love the tutorials and advice. I have sent people who have a hard time baking bread here. The videos are excellent.
I just finished baking french baguettes and they turned fantastic and crispy. Great page.
