Very happy with the service from Breadtopia! They made an honest error in fulfilling my order. I realized the issue and needed items sent to me very quickly. As soon as I notified them, they immediately sent the items by overnight courier at no extra cost to me. They apologized for the mistake, met my needs, and were very professional. After watching dozens of YouTube videos on making bread, I have found Breadtopia videos to be the easiest to follow and the best for really good tasting bread. I love his very clear and concise approach when making a video. They have a website that sells great tools for bakers. I just made my first order and it has shipped already.
