Breadtopia was a spectacular beacon of hope and resilience in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. I ordered a bit ahead of the panic curve, but their staff were amazing about shipping my products swiftly with their standard good customer service. I think it is awesome that the creator of Breadtopia shares recipes with us whether we buy products or not. I love the sourdough rye bread and also the Yecora Rojo. I also love the baking vessel they put out, and pay as much for shipping as for the Yecora Rojo flour. It makes a delicious loaf of bread and I like supporting them. The owner was very nice to me when my original Romertoff baker from them cracked. He believed me when I said I hadn’t done anything to it.
