I make only sourdough. This site has everything I need. Can't wait to get their bread proofer!
I bought the live starter. Product information claims "weight .7lbs", which is a tad over 11 oz. I got as tad LESS than 2 oz. Their Amazon description says .4 ounces. The shipping lable claims packaging (box) and contents are six ounces. Folks, it is about 2 tablespoons worth of starter. Customer service claims the .7 lbs is to determine shipping. That makes no sense. Very disappointed at their false advertising. $9+ for a smear, when advertised as much more. Beware!!!
I recently ordered a La Cloche and proofing basket from Breadtopia. It came quickly and in perfect condition. After receiving the product, I had a question about using it and emailed support. I love everything about this company. The grains I mill from Breadtopia are superb. I've loved every product I've purchased. Eric's videos kept me going when I began this Artisan bread journey 5 months ago. I'd almost given up. I wish much success to this wonderful deserving company!
