This hospital is really a joke they can't make up there minds on what they treat you for.
I was recently a patient in the Ambulatory Care Unit at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital where I received excellent care. Everyone from admitting to the nursing staff, the doctors, anesthesiologist, and OR staff was amazing! They are caring and compassionate and obviously very dedicated professionals.

It fascinates me how inefficient the lab registration is at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital. 20 minutes, ask a question of someone else, go back to the end of the line, wait. Pretty busy waiting room with one person working (registrations).

Gave me a large basin, toothbrush, toothpaste and spit basin and shampoo/body wash and barrier cream cloths ok I'm 43 have hair use the bathroom and there is no shower in room no comb. The guide to TV channels tells u the # and what channel it is lol half of them are just advertising movies. Had a headache yesterday sat am asked for something never got it from 1st shift at 7pm I got Tylenol wow at 11 still have headache we can bring Tylenol lol I take ibuprofen daily for back pain but can't gave any well I would rather die t... read more

Poorly treated in the emergency room, vomited for hours while ignored by staff. Lack of communication between nurses and doctors. When I got my bill I was dismayed to find charges like a hundred dollars for a liter of saline solution (costs a few pennies to manufacture). While their are certainly great individuals within any organization, I would not go to the emergency room if your life depended on it. The medical profession is in the business of keeping us ill and raking in the money.
