On the 8th, my husband and I were blessed with our first child! We are BEYOND impressed with the care we received from start to finish!!! Let me tell you i wasnt an easy woman to deal with during labor, and never not a once did the staff make us feel like they were loosing patience! I went to the emergency room because I was having a severe itching issue all over my body. After waiting an hour in the waiting room, someone finally brought me to a room. After taking my blood pressure, pulse, temp, and asking the normal questions, I was left alone. Come nearly 3 am, and no one had seen me. I was there for near 4 hours, and no one had even thought to do tests. I finally got fed up around 3am, yelled loud enough so everyone could hear "f*** this, Im leaving". some of the nurses and drs. are awesome but there are some that are rude and must not like there jobs. my husband and I were at BMH on july 1st and the machine kept going off and no one would come in we had to page a nurse to shut it off the bedside manner really does stink here this is a place for sick people to get help and rest they cant rest with this damn machine beeping its been about 15 min with this noise
good turkey sandwiches and great nurses but the DRS need a lot of improvement .

Husband had outpatient procedure done today. Registration lady was very slow and sniffling & coughing into her hand, ewwww After they completed my husbands prep I was told they would come and get me as soon procedure was done and back in room to be with him. I sat in waiting room forever worrying and wondering why things were taking so long......Nurse didn't bother getting me until husband was all dressed and ready to leave hospital. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a hospital. I am beyond thankful that I went to Keene the next day. You guys might be in the same network as Keene now but at least they care about their patients maybe you can learn that from them.
