While visiting from out of state my daughter fell while sledding and fractured her clavicle. We were seen quickly, given meds for the pain and taken very good care of. Thank you to all who cared for my girl, I can't thank you enough!
Business response:
So sorry to hear about your daughter, but glad you had a great experience!
1 week out from neurosurgery. Visit due to seizure activity. 7 hours: on a hard gurney the entire time, 1 cup of plain water after I requested 2 hours in, no food offered, no assistance given or offered upon 2 visits to the restroom +50' from my bed, in my socks (not grippy). SO...no care taken to prevent a fall for a patient 7 days out from craniotomy, visiting their emergency department for possible stroke/seizure. Nice job, Mr. Gordon. GREEDY IDIOT
Business response:

The emergency room Personnel were very attentive to my husband's needs and even got us signed up for health benefits when we were there. Thank you Jocelyn for coming to see us. I have realized that you have to plan on spending at least 4 hours at the emergency room for them to run their tests and to treat. He was feeling much better when he left after having an asthma attack.
The birthing center was amazing, and the staff members who were there were spectacular! I just had my baby girl two days ago and I had such understanding and patient, caring nurses and doctors. They made me feel VERY comfortable, especially to ask questions! They gave me an amazing birth experience and I couldn't have been more happy with the way everything went.
