Love my hygienist! I am very nervous before my dental visits and she seems to know how to ease that anxiety in her conversation and the gentle but thorough care she provides.
Even though the practice is listed in the network of my dental plan, Delta Dental, only Dr. Tong is actually part of the network. I never understood this situation, and cost me much more than I expected to pay for dental work this year.
The desk seemed to be overstaffed and more interested in chatting with each other than assisting patients.
My only concern is the high cost of services. They seem to have gone up considerably since the practice has changed hands.
Carol was excellent. Everyone at your practice is always friendly and helpful. From the time I walk in the door until I go feel well taken care of.
My last visit was by far the most pleasant experience I had at the dentist ever! Don't change a thing!
I highly recommend this practice. This office runs better than most other Doctor's offices I see. The billing is quick and CORRECT. The girls at the front desk are genuinely friendly. The Doctors care about me as a person not just a means to a paycheck. Dr Brar and Gitta always take the time to explain things completely and they make a fantastic team working together flawlessly.
C J is the best! she is very thorough and my teeth feel great after a cleaning. Dr Brar is great.
Everything was great.The remodel really came out great.
