I had a flouride chewable prescribed for my 5 year old. I took the prescription to Target on Thursday 4/30. The pharmacist couldn't read the writing and the hygienist put down the flouride drops (when she had discussed the tablets w me). So the pharmacist called to confirm, twice, and never heard back. I know it's not a huge problem, but unfortunate to go from a great first time experience with my 5 year old to a slight inconvenience.
Tara is wonderful. She always greets me with a smile and a positive and a professional demeanor.
I have no comments. My recent visit was handled well by all involved

I really hate the office redesign. Too corporate, no privacy in exam rooms. I've been coming for 27 years because of the family atmosphere and that is gone now. I live an hour away and have been avoiding finding a new dentist because I enjoyed the small intimate family feel at FB&B, now that that is gone, I'm going to look for a new dentist closer to where I live. The dentist office I liked is gone now. :(
everything was fine and could not be better.
It will be great when spring arrives and you can improve your parking situation.
Tara is great! Both Dr's Tong and Brar have performed fillings for me in the past and both are excellent.
