Dr.Tong is top-rate. Professional and skillful, confident, kind, and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone. Theresa Gurette is tremendous! She is caring, friendly, considerate, and highly professional. I have confidence in your team!
One of the more important areas of a dentist's office are the Dental Hygenists. They usually spend the most time with the individual clients. My hygenist Carol, is very good. She is pleasent, professional and very good at her job.
It's pretty obvious that this dental office not only takes pride in having the latest technologies available, but also the overall experience of their patients. There are subtle things such as the waiting room, lighting and color treatments, but also updated chair with message movements or appointment reminders through text. They have a crew behind the desk that act like w well oiled machine.
I was surprised at the bill ($127) on 12/1 for a visit of less than a half hour. I understand that your overhead is high, but being a retired person with no insurance, I tend to scrutinize my bills more now. I chose not to say anything at the time because I've been a customer of yours for over 20 years or more now. But, since you sent a survey, I responded. No need to reply.
The whole staff were very accommodating and professional. Took there time to try and resolve the problem crown as best they could.
Excellences is practiced by everyone at this office. Deb is the very best too!
Terry is running a "tight ship" there and doing an awesome job! My teeth were long over-due for a cleaning and check up. CJ did a great job! I look forward to having work done (?? LOL) by Dr. Tong.
Debbie has been my hygienist for years and she has been phenomenal. My family members also see her and are also pleased with her.
The staff in the reception office was very personable. Debbie is a great hygienist. I will try to recommend this practice to anyone who doesn't have a dentist.
