Just Debbie and Dr. Brar. They were both great.
I like to go to your dentist. Cuz I have been there since I was kid. Now. Wow!!! More than I thought I could not afford to pay $$$$ yes understand insurance cover not 100%. I understand have to pay 20%. But for crown?? In January go back? Thought already done. Crown for another tooth!?. I have to pay over $400?? I can't afford to pay all that!!!
First time I had Tara. very friendly, had knowledge of my condition, consulted with Dr. If you give out free things, (I don't remember what I received) ask patient what kind of floss they would prefer. For instance I never use thin floss I always use dentotape
Jo-Ann Menns was excellent. Renovated office was very comfortable.
Dr. Brar is very good, gentle and calming. The staff is always very welcoming, and pleasant to talk with. I was very concerned when Dr. Beach retired. It's difficult to change when you have had excellent care for a long time. Dr. Brar is a wonderful dentist; and, I couldn't be happier.
I was very concerned when Dr. Beach retired. Change is difficult. Dr. Brar has exceeded my expectations and I feel so lucky. Dr. Brar is a warm, calming person who puts me at ease about the whole dental experience. I am amazed by the new technology of the equipment! The staff is welcoming and pleasant. I really like the people. They try to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. If you have to go to a dentist, I don't think you could find a better group of people.
You guys are awesome. Keep up the good work!!!
FORM UPDATE REMINDER When you call/text/email with an appointment reminder it would be nice to also include a reminder that you'll be updating patient records while waiting in the lounge. Some updates on the form are minor but some can take some time and advance preparation (e.g. current meds, recent procedure details, etc.) on the patient's part. Thank you!
Only one thing troubled me. The Dr. who checked me after CJ finished the cleaning did not introduce himself to me. I usually see Dr. Tong but I think she was unavailable. I only mention it because you asked. He was very thorough and kind. Very polite and made me feel good about coming to you for my dental needs. I love the staff and atmosphere at your office and think you do a fantastic job. Keep up the great work. Bob Bowman
