It was not what I expected. Our server was the best part of the experience.
the few times i have dined there - the food was good - my friend and I were there to enjoy our veterans day dinner - the waiter was makin a good effort the please us - the bartender was absent from the bar and the waiter had to track her down - then we ended up goin to the bar to get our own drinks- the veggie portion was so small the waiter even commented and got us another portion- our table kept piling up with dishes so we used the table to our left to set them - we made the best of it but i don't believe will go back

I enjoy Brann's and their food, and Lacey bartending. It's unfortunate when Lacey has a full bar and 3 managers are present and cannot help out with running food from the back or making sure everyone is taken care of. As a previous bartender I know it's real hard to worry about your food in the back and giving excellent service to the guests. Lacey does a great job and managers need to recognize that it's our guest and not just Lacey's. She's earning customers for life and providing the best service. Team work helps build mo... read more

Had a great time tonight. Food was awesome!!! Sat at the Bar and the Bartender was Amazing. Very attentive. I will be back!!!
The Bay City Branns is outstanding. The staff is 1st rate & their menu is great. If in town I highly recommend you put Branns on your todo list
Brann's steakhouse is always an awesome experience. The wait staff is very friendly and accommodating. The grilled wings are the best in town with a great variety of flavors. Always a great place to watch the game or just catch up with friends.
Great place to watch Michigan game service and food was amazing looking forward to coming back .
As a patron of Brann's I would have to say it is usually pretty good. I think people need to honestly understand that this is not a five star restaurant with experienced white gloved waiters. It is a laid back steakhouse. I can honestly say I have been to expensive establishments and have not always been blown away. The management at Brann's has always been fair.
