Just ate there this afternoon. Great food, great service. Kiddingly, I asked the server if he could turn on General Hospital, and he did!! Just without volume, was kinda useless, but it was very nice of him to do it for us.Our "go-to" Brann's is in Bay City, Michigan.

Myself and I came in for dinner last night (Monday). We were seated, waited 10 minutes to have a rude manager ask if we'd even been greeted. When my meek response didn't changer her tone, we ordered cocktails and were informed or server would arrive shortly. The entire experience was awful, my food went back, we were there for over an hour out of inconvenience and poor service. I have friends that work there, that's what will get me to come back.

Four of us for dinner three of us ordered steak 2 with broccoli one with mashed potatoes. The other person ordered chicken and shrimp with macaroni and cheese.. Two of us that ordered the 11-ounce the stakes get switched Could Happen anytime, my girlfriend ordered a 6-ounce rare and it came back medium well. We sent it back it came out microwaved we guess and it was beyond well done same piece of steak how can you go from medium well to rare with the same piece of steak and actually think the customers going to accept it.
