Food ant bad service sucked managment dont care . Been here 3 times this month for the worst treatment I have every received. Save yourself the headache of haveing your order messed up completely and then being treated like you dont matter. Just go to Lucky's Steakhouse its about the same price with twice the service and tastier food

Not worth it ever again! Tried twice within 10 days. Service is horrid!!! An hour after getting there this time we got our orders taken. A total of 3 hours later we got our bill only because we called a manager to get it.

We ordered Buffalo, Traditional, and Honey BBQ grilled wings for a home Christmas Eve party. They were a great price and delicious. Our family loved them!

Excellent food and service. We go there every time were in Bay City.
The food was ok. The service was nice but place is over priced. Never went to a restaurant and left still hungry. Too small of portions and burgers were small and my burger was over cooked. Could have ate fast food for the price of one burger we got and been full. Seriously left and went to Mcdonalds

Took my family there for dinner tonight. We will NEVER be going back... this was the second time we have been here and we left unhappy both times. Tonight we ordered the kids cheeseburger with fries, both "slider burgers" where burnt black on one side. My son wouldn't eat them. I ordered a 8oz sirloin that I could only eat about 2 Oz of due to the rest being a chunk of fat.The steak was ordered well done and came pink with blood still coming out. I feel so grossed out...go out to eat and both our meals had hair in them and then the manager picked my food up and said umm okay and walked away. How disgusting. Never ever again!!!!!
