Tonight My boyfriend and little sister Went in there around 9 stood at the door for like 10 minutes waiting for anyone to greet us and take us to a table(it was not packed or busy at all! One of the best steak houses I have been too. Have been there several times and only had bad experience once. Complained about it and everything was taken care of promptly and to my satisfaction. Would never hesitate to go back.
I love the food here, one of my new favorites is nachos with avocado. YUM

I like it here tons but if my server from table 15 would stop sitting with us like a long lost step cousin, I would have enjoyed it even more.

We were a party of 11 on a Saturday night. We waited a 1/2 hr for our table, then waited a 1/2 hr for drinks, then waited a 1/2 hr for our salads, but had no silverware. When we asked the waitress, she brought the bill to the table next to us instead of silverware. 10mins later I went to the kitchen to ask for it. When the rest of the food came out it was cold & they didn't make one of our dinners. At least it was hot when they brought it out to him.

Slow service. Takes longer than it should to get a drink, even on a slow day sitting at the bar with an empty glass sitting in front of you. Took even longer to get the bill. Management then brought me a second bill after I had paid already. Screwed up everyone else's bills. Management only cares about the regulars that come in there.
