Brann’s used to be a favorite. Not anymore after numerous bad experiences at the Fruitport/Muskegon location & now the Holland location. First, this is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. The dust & grime was quite visible everywhere. The booth we sat in looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. As for our dinner, we were never given the famous dinner rolls by our server, she never brought them even after being asked! I don’t often post negative reviews but I feel this needs to be posted. The Prime Rib Dip sandwich is terrible. When the server asked how I wanted it cooked, I should have known. There was just a nasty, overly greasy slab of prime rib on a tiny, stale bun with even more grease on the onions. It was not even edible. Couldn’t even tear it apart.

This was the worst experience ever at this place! First off our waitress took forever to get our drinks, then she took forever to bring our dessert ice cream brownie..... the ice cream was melted and we waited for 20 min to get our check! We asked for more cinnamon butter and she brought us a lid instead and no butter, it was empty! On our way out the door finally, we saw her sitting by the front door on her phone! Seriously! We will not be returning

Worst Sirloin steak I've ever had!!I believe that it's this Holland location, because been to the Brann's in Muskegon and the food is always top notch!! Holland location is just YUUUCK!!!

I was so disappointed in the food. Ribs where so dry and all bone. We won't be going back!
