Brann's has never been one of my fave to go places. I've read most of the reviews. Seems to me most of the problems stem from management. They do the hiring & firing. If they put up with this kind of service, patrons will not return. There's too many other restaurants in the Holland area to put up with this kind of treatment.

Poor curbside service and even worse customer service from the staff. I waited in a curbside service spot as instructed, but had to go in since they never came out. My food was ready, (mostly, had to send them back to the kitchen for condiments we had requested). They’re excuse was it got busy and they couldn’t see me. When I got home less than 5 minutes later the food was cold.

I sent a private message to let management know about our dining experience, but did not receive a response, so here goes: Food, great. Service great. We sat in the bar area. There was a loud, obnoxious, drunk woman sitting at the bar, disrupting the patrons. Talking loud enough for EVERYONE to hear and spouting the "F-bomb" as well. My husband & I came out for a late dinner. It was Delicious, great conversation & company;) Branns is my Favorite, I would definitely recommend!
