Crappy Service @ the Holland location. Waiter was high as a kite and barely present when needed. He took our order, then returned 5 minutes later to ask us for our order again cause he couldn't remember that he took our order the first time(We were his only table). After we finished we were finished with our meal we had to ask a manager for the check as our waiter couldnt be found. used to love it went there for 59 years for our anniversay we were so disappointed this year looked like a bunch of kids waiting on people, not very nice way to much noise, need a nice section without tv and etc. we will not go back, sad.

Horrible. First, the tea was too strong and bitter. The server said often others don’t mix correctly. “It’s better if you add some water”, he said. My wife ordered a burger without mayonnaise. It came bare, nothing and was way over cooked. I ordered a prime rib dip with onion ring. It came with fries. Both the sandwich and ah jus were Luke warm at best. Well,this is my second time trying Brann's. The first time at this location though. Again, I was very disappointed. I ordered ribs,loaded mash potatoes(and that was an upcharge ,on the loaded part). My ribs were awful,felt like they had been sitting in the refridgerator and then warmed up in the microwave and bbq sauce slathered on and they seemed dry to me.
