I ordered and paid for an iced latte. After making it in an iced cup, they told me they had no lid and poured the finished drink into a hot drink cup without asking if I wanted a refund, a remake, or another option. I paid for an iced latte served properly, not a drink transferred into a different cup after the fact. The staff were unfriendly and the service was unacceptable.
Why an excellent place like Brandor is not busier at any point of the day, is beyond me! It has an excellent aesthetic with ample working space and is right on university avenue. Not to mention their excellent espresso! They also serve you coffee in those fun different China sets every single time,so cute! Almost want you to continue to gatekeep this gem,but more people should know about it!
Had walked by and wanted to give it a try. The shop is clean, neutral coloured and inviting. They have items for sale. The coffee is really good!
