The weekend nurse's are unorganized. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help me to the restroom. It also took them 5 hours to bring me pain meds when I requested them. GO TO TAMPA GENERAL.

First time there and the service was great. I was admitted thru the ER with heart and chest pains and within 5 mins, I had many medical staff surrounding me and I felt very well taken care of. Thank you BRH for helping me with my medical needs. God bless you all and the nice staff for caring for me. Sincerely, Zina

Had my last 2 children at Brandon (son was born recently on 8/15/16) and had nothing but a pleasant experience. The l&d staff is amazing as well as the nurses in mother-baby. They are very attentive but not to the point where they are bugging you. I would highly recommend Brandon Baby suites to anyone having a baby!

Came in for shoulder pain from a torn bicep and was taken in quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Was in and out in 2 hrs. Good experience there.

Parking for the new ER is a joke. My son could barely walk from abdominal pains. The parking lot was full and the garage was full all the way up to the 3rd floor. When we finally walked in to the ER it was completely empty!! The staff had been great and seemed to be on top of everything but, I have never seen so many student in one hospital at a time. I'm not complaining about the students and them needing time in the field, they are all very friendly and upfront about their position. The staff has been prompt and eager at a... read more

Absolute worst hospital! Stay away, they let my 84 year old grandma suffer in excruciating pain for 6 days, we had to beg for pain meds, the doctors were inaccessible, she is now in Hospice... Beware! They broke Hippa violations & nurses did not follow protocol & I have photos! absolute worst experience of our lives, total living nightmare!

Horrible hospital. Apathetic staff, lack of communication, horrible pain management for an 84 woman in excruciating pain. Had to file a complaint just to get a response.

It seems like nobody really knows what they're doing very unprofessional staff and doctors, the wait times are extremely long and when you get there you will go from one waiting room to another waiting room and the nurse will take all of your personal information right in front of everyone, no privacy very unprofessional and that's just to start, if you are sick and want to die go to Brandon regional hospital.

I was in the Brandon hospital Er today check in at a little before 2:00 pm with severe abdominal pains early in my pregnancy, at first I was shocked it was going so fast only to be put back in the waiting room with an iv in my arm. Sitting in the waiting room with an iv for over four hours then I get called back for a urine sample to be stuck in another waiting room where I had to give all of my personal information in front of all of the other patients as well as I had to inform each nurse and Doctor that I wax pregnant bec... read more
