It's pretty sad to come in with chest pains slurred speach resulting from the history of TIA while sitting in the waiting room and be told that there's people been here since 8 hours and we need to wait our turn behind them. What the heck is going on with their postings of 11 min wait times. My wife was here not too long ago for the same symptoms and they called a stroke alert for her and took her back in a matter of minutes. Please can someone HELP we are trapped here and can't find anything out but wait our turn. ....come ... read more

I had my baby at this hospital in November, the nurse that was helping me was God sent I don't remember her name but I think it's Jennifer. Best asset you could ever have! She was just the best.

Worst experiences i've ever had with this hospital. I had not been to this hospital in a couple years until november, 2015. While I was there, my insurance was incorrect. So i updated it while I was there. One month later I get a call from the hospital asking for the money I owe them. Again, they didn't update it. So I updated it over the phone... January comes around. I get ANOTHER call asking for the money. I updated it again and was assured by the person over the phone that it would be resolved. TodayI just got ANOTHER CA... read more

My daughter had an EEG there this morning, the registration was great, our nurse was amazing and the girls that did the Eeg were patient and wonderfull... I was most impressed with their life care specialist Jen she was such a huge help and a blessing, she made the experience so much easier for my 3 year old!! The compassion I seen today just blew me away!!

I absolutely loved my experience at Brandon, my nurse carol was amazing! She even called me the next day on her day off on Christmas just to check on me and paisley. I had paisley right after shift change on Christmas eve and she was bummed out she couldn't help deliver her. If I ever decide to have another baby I will definitely be going back there. Paisley was also in the NICU for being early and the staff down there were really wonderful too. Just a great hospital all around!

Isn't it required to wash your hands and use gloves when administering medications? Isn't this the one policy HCA has worked so hard to make staff compliant in? I have a proof one of your ER RNs administering an IV push without gloves. Smdh
