Brandon Regional Hospital is a Great Hospital!!! Our daughter had surgery today and the staff and doctor made our daughter fill comfortable and special. They went step by step with our daughter to tell her what would be happening and asked her if she had any questions.. My husband and I thought that was Great!! My husband and I want to thank everyone at Branden Regional Hospital for making our little girl fill special.

I spent 6 hours here last night in waiting rooms just to be told they didn't find anything wrong with me. I have never had to wait so long in the ER. There were only two doctors on duty. I had 4 different people ask me the SAME questions through the night. I think this is a very poorly run emergency department. Which must be recent because in March my husband went here for a burn and we were out within an hour. One of the nurses was very rude, basically telling me how I should be living my life and making me feel less than h... read more

Expect to told you owe them money for going to the ER. While you are treated in the waiting room. Then you owe the doctor money on top it. When you question why your bill is excessively high they will tell you it can't be broken down. Nor can you dispute it. You just have to pay it. Worst customer ever!

My husband almost died at this hospital. To keep a long story short, he ended up getting septic, bleeding internally until his BP was at 70/41 (and I had to make the nurses check it- it had been 8 hours since the last check), then he got transferred to the ICU where he contracted MRSA and ecoli. He has a colostomy bag now that he shouldn't have, and where the wound was that had the infections, there's some disfigurement. So, I recommend going anywhere else.

I brought my daughter to this ER when she had a fever over 104. They barely looked at her, and then had me administer medicine in the WAITING ROOM, one of the most unsanitary places in the hospital. And now they've sent me a completely astronomical bill. Thanks for billing me for giving my child medicine. I will never go back here.

Our family has been here since Thursday and from the ER to Tower A 4th floor ICU all of the staff has been fantastic! They are very attentive to our family member as well as our entire large family that has been camped out with her day and night. I especially want to recognize our night nurses last night Suzie and Travis as they were so amazing and caring. Thank you all! Sincerely, The Scott Family.

My brother in law has been sitting in the ER for hours with pancreatitis and in a lot of pain. They drew blood and sent him back out. That way they can say that they saw him within 15 minutes, "what ever!" He's been there for almost 5 hours, ridiculous

Absolutely terrible, been in the new $60 million ER they are so proud of over five hours and still have not even seen a doctor, they did manage to take the insurance info in order to get paid though.
