The check in person spoke poor English and I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. She was focused on the checklist, and I get it, and I was asked what I had already told her. It was for my Mom who was struggling to breath. She completed both forms and then we were allowed to enter after the screening. I was told to take her over to the right and I needed a pass. As... read more

I saw Pravinchandra Zala in 2017 after having several what I called low pulse rate events. When I entered Brandon Hospital emergency room my rate was 38 and I am not a runner and they immediately assigned Nuro because of the TIA I had in 2015. They admitted me and ran several test but once again found nothing. The next day after feeling a little better, a doctor walked into my semi private room carrying what I describe as an old doctors bag and without introducing himself began to pace back and forth and speak as if he was c... read more

When someone is recovering from open heart surgery they need to not hand them a cell phone as soon as the start talking. Let them recover. Very upset about this.

I think it is pretty crappy that you would have a whole floor with no AC. Tower A floor 5 has no air at all. Here you have patient you keep putting on the floor after surgery with no air. You should be ashamed of yourself!!

They basically told me that there is no way that what landed me in the hospital was the actual reason for me being there...BUT...they couldn't find any other explanation other than MAYBE my reason for being there could be the reason why but not really because my condition should have been way worse!🙄I know my body...I know what caused the pain...I know what the pain feels like...But, they didn't wanna hear any parts of my issue🤦‍♀️
