In July of 2000 BRH saved my life.. 3 hospital stays..wife has had 3...only 1 bad experience...there is always room for improvement regardless of where one goes....Would I return or my wife return to BRH? YES!!
The front door is always disorganized and inconsistent but pleasant enough The cardio hallway smells like a dead rat My PT has changed spaces 4 times and still in temporary space They took the tv remote control out of the waiting room and the waiting room is like 80 degrees I drive a long way and past 2 other hospitals to go there but I might start looking for options except I like my PT.
I have been a patient there several times & I have not found anything to complain about. Everyone there has always been wonderful & very caring & concerned about my well being
I would like to see the covid screening people use more common sense! I’d told the ladyI knew all the questions and the answer to them all was “no”! i was in pain and making my way to the cast clinic. Her petty continuing question by question approach was very unwelcome! If that wasn’t enough she had a security person verbally chase/shame me to put a mask on which I was desperately trying to do and needed help not their call outs. My one available arm was full. There is nowhere to set anything down! People with the use of on... read more
We had a wonderful experience and my midwife Kathy was soo amazing! We were taken care of hand and foot and they took amazing care of our little one!! We recommend this place for your delivery experience, you won’t be disappointed! ❤️
My grandmother is in your hospital very very ill with COVID and pneumonia. I was told by this hospital that they will not allow visitation to her family, NOT EVEN if she was actively dying!! Please tell me how people are allowed to protest in the street during COVID but we can not support my scared, sick, grandmother?!?

This preferred provider agreement with air methods led to a 30 minute wait for a critical care patient transfer when there were 4 other closer aircraft including 2 air methods aircraft. One was on its way back to base and the other was intentionally delaying to take a transport for another hospital system.... saving money again eh?

The worst & most heartless people following the ridiculous rules set by the hospital that don't seem to care about how important that a wife has to be with her very sick husband who's had 3 brain surgeries, 12 spinal taps & 2 vp adjustable shunts put in his brain over the course of 16 years, he's 1also survived meningitis which was 2 forms of Ecole in his brain & stomach so he doesn't remember much well long story short even though I'm his care giver & his power of attorney they won't let me be with him because of this covid... read more
This facility (I refuse to call it a hospital) failed miserably when I was taken there several years ago. They treated me for a drug overdose for 4 hours leaving me in a hallway. I have NEVER even smoked pot and simply had a horrible migraine. They treated me for an overdose because I had an active prescription for Vicodin because of a back injury. Now they have treated my family horribly when my wife's grandfather was dying. They continuously gave her grandmother false information and worse than that false hope. They made h... read more
