when I had my son a yr ago nurse was very unprofessional and rude. she said I didnt have any contractions so what was my problem and why was I hurting. They forced me to breastfeed when I couldn't so my sons blood sugar was at 40 which was extremely low they said and they made it seem like it was my fault, yet they wouldn't give me formula like I asked. if you want to die then yeah go to this hospital, if not stear clear!

I have been to the 24/7 re temple terrace fl location a fee times for me and my son and it was good. I just brought my son to be seen due to an eye issue and the lady doctor was great and professional. in the middle of registration where I was talking about my personal private information a nurse came in and stayed because they were packed they had to take my son out of that room and we was put basically in a frozen box that looks like a waiting room.and is freezing my son is 5 years old and this is unacceptable, I deserved ... read more

This place makes it feels like dying might be a better option than visiting their ER. BRH does not seem to care about helping patients get better. All they seem to care about there are their top and bottom line numbers ( 💰 💰). I ignored the reviews from many different websites, boy was i wrong. If you have a choice just don’t go there, you won’t regret it.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL HOSPITAL IN EXISTENCE. We had a little girl who isn’t even 1 years old yet at that hospital for an emergency and they made us wait 6+ hours while the staff was playing computer video games and laughing at each other. Completely ignoring the infant who was clearly suffering. They make sure to let you know that you are NOT special and you are NOT their priority. Now we have a baby who is untreated and we are looking for a different place. I’m begging everyone considering this place, FOR YOUR SAFETY AND ... read more

Worst place ever. Went for a emergency room visit because I had food stuck in my esophagus. I knew what they needed to do and TOLD them what I needed to do (this has happened before). So they did a bunch of unnecessary things, I was there for 3 hours max. Get a bill in the mail the next week for over $18,000. Tell me why the hospital that could have had me out in 1 hour after I told them what to do, can even think of charging over a I grand for not even an over night stay. Bill was not even broken down, just said that was my... read more

I took my daughter here after she hit her head and a bump developed. We walked in to an empty hospital and were taken back within moments. A nurse came in to take her vitals and a dr assistant came in to evaluate her. We never saw a dr, no tests were run. We were there less than 35 minutes total. They billed my insurance over $2800... for NOTHING. My daughter never even received pain medication. Nothing. Never again. If this bill is not fixed, I will be reporting this hospital to the medical board and ethics division, as wel... read more

I don't know what has changed with this hospital over the years but their customer care has gotten SO bad. I just got a bill for almost $20K to sit in a waiting room chair for 6 hours before I was ever seen. (They also billed my insurance for services I did not receive.) I called for an update on pediatric ER wait times and the nurse I spoke with was incredibly rude. I don't think we'll be back. Would NOT recommend.
