My wife went to Brandon Regional Hospital (BRH) Emergency Room and then was subsequently admitted to the cardiac unit overnight for observations. I completed her admittance and provided her United Healthcare (UHC) Insurance card at time of service and we paid the ER Co-Pay as listed per our plan. Months later we received numerous bills from providers and BRH claiming that they never received my insurance information from BRH. We called BRH and once again gave them the UHC insurance information. When we thought this was all o... read more

I would just like to say thank you for the absolutely exceptional care we had today at Brandon Regional . I brought my son in for an EEG test. We were in registration for maybe 10 minutes and straight to testing . The whole process took only ONE tiny hour . The entire staff was so kind to my little man especially the women in registration and the lady who did his EEG 🥰 Thanks !

I was admitted Friday February 22 for back surgery. I was in room 521. The staff, nurses, and Dr were great. I didn’t get their last name but my nurse Tom and asst nurse Shereeze went above and beyond to make my stay a good one. Nobody wants to stay in a hospital but the entire staff and even the food was great!

went here yesterday morning for an excruciating lower hip/upper leg pain. so much that I felt I was going to pass out however I was still made to wait 1 1/2 to even get in. so the nurse was good at first. hooked my iv right and did some.labs. the one Dr genti came in and was questioning my about my pain. she seemed not to believe me. the other resident Dr that came in (a man) was more nice and actually examined me. he ordered x-rays and an ultrasound incase the pain was from a blood clot. the X-ray apparently did not show no... read more

The way that they treat their employees. My mother is just had a kindey transplant and developed a heart condition in the process. she went into Emergency surgery for a heart attack and needed a pace maker. Right now FMLA is denying an extension to my mother because they don't have enough information of her condition, even though we have sent them everything they asked is for. My mother is in a fragile state and cannot afford to be stressed right now, but yet they seem to continue stressing her out. Stress alone can kill her... read more

Tonight what I experienced at Brandon Regional Hospital was a complete service failure. I arrived at 9:04 PM with SEVERE abdominal pain accompanied by numbness in my left foot. Walking was extremely painful. I was triaged at 9:22 PM and that was followed by lab work at 9:50 PM. I was told that I would be seen shortly by a doctor and to have a seat out in the waiting room. The lab results were completed before 10:30 PM. So far everything was reasonable and timely. That short wait turned into 7 hours from when I first walked i... read more
