I have never felt so disrespected and mistreated in a hospital my entire life. Profound wait times for basic tasks, extremely rude staff.
WORST HOSPITAL EVER!! Did not hook IV pain drip correctly. All pain meds spilled into the bed. Tried to hold me at the hospital even after my caretaker arrived to take me home. Threatened to have me Baker Acted. I am an attorney and I plan to follow this up with the medical board after the holidays. Private message me before you subject yourself to this "malpratice-looking-for-a-place-to-happen" facility
The ER really needs attention. Waiting 2 1/2 hours (so far) to be seen for a re-injury to a head trauma? Your priorities are askew. Putting patients in a small overflowing waiting room after triage is demeaning. This is poor patient care and you should be ashamed of treating human beings like this; animals get treated better at Pearl Animal Hospital. This has been a bad experience so far and we haven't even seen a doctor. Shame!
worst experience, lied to in the ER. overcharged by 1000%, I am utterly disappointed and was misled by multiple staff members here. $9,100 CT scan. $3,100 Level 4 emergency visit with no ambulance. Nothing good to say about this hospital.
October 21, 2018 I was seen in the ER. I was not admitted or had any surgical procedure. I have Insurance, in which was not entered in the system. I received a call from the billing dept requesting my insurance information and I returned their call with my card information. So, how come I received a bill for $22,940.78?
Horrible horrible horrible my child is a newborn and was basically neglected by the staff wasn’t bathed barely checked in on her when I couldn’t be there and I am still waiting all day to be discharged it is 5 in the evening and I am still waiting I can’t take it !!! They won’t let me speak to a director the whole staff should be fired!!!
this is the worst hospital to ever bring your child to I will never ever bring any of my children to this hospital again they act really friendly but will call dcf before even getting the appropriate information, one of the nurses here was calling another hospital trying to get information about my daughter which is illegal due to HIPPA law as a charge nurse she should have never stepped that far
people need to know how draw blood WITHOUT hurting the patient, respect if a patient says to take the needle out take it out the FIRST TIME!!
