Emergency room is awful. 4 hour wait to be seen by a doctor
Been here for five hours and the sign says 14 minutes.
St. Joseph's Hospital-South was able to do in 30 minutes what Brandon Regional Hospital couldn't get done all weekend. That place is full of robotic idiots who careless. My partner called 911 on Friday night when she woke up to me having a seizure. I fought with the EMT to take me to st. Joseph's Hospital-South, but he refused. When I was admitted to the ER they took all my vitals and urine sample and then released me. Got there with bad chest pain the valet parked the truck took me in right away was upstairs in a room in less than 2 hours took good care of me

Giving it a five star because of the amazing NICU. The NICU Nurses are fantastic here and made me feel better about my 27 week old daughters care. They were always helpful and friendly. Thank you to the wonderful nurses Tammy and Mitos. Labor and delivery nurses were on point with helping me and made my stay better, they were all great. Only Issue is the ER has a long wait but no matter what their NICU is top notch. Thank you to the wonderful nurses and doctors who saved my daughters life.
I brought my daughter at least three different occasions and each time we used the valet parking; AWESOME PPL. Short wait and I cannot say enough about care from Dr. Vega in the ER and the nurse that worked with her. I have lived here for 28 years and have ALWAYS skipped over Brandon Hosptial because of the lack of quality of care. It's so much different. I truly appreciate the facelift to the hospital. Again, THANK YOU to Dr. Vega for being so good to my daughter.

Friendly, prompt, professional, clean , comfortable are the words I have for BH. Great team Dr. Thakkar you and your team rock! Volunteers were awesome, food in the cafeteria was very good. Overall a 5!
